The Defendant was pulled over for having a taillight out. The police officer suspected that he was driving under the influence of alcohol. The Defendant complied with field sobriety testing but did not answer questions about where he was coming from or what he was doing that night. He did not consent to a blood draw. At trial the officer could only testify to his observations. Attorney Dresbold is trained in field sobriety testing and impairment detection. He was able to show that the officer administered the field sobriety testing wrong, making his conclusions unreliable. The judge found the Defendant not guilty of DUI.
