    DUI Dismissed After Suppression Motion

    In 2025

    Our client was charged with DUI: controlled substance after being pulled over for an illegible registration tag in Allegheny County. Attorney Exler successfully beat the case after arguing that the stop was unconstitutional and lacked probable cause to conduct field sobriety testing and taking the client for a blood draw since the traffic infraction was unnecessarily prolonged. After the suppression, the Court ultimately dismissed the case.
