We obtained a not-guilty verdict in Allegheny County for our client who was a parking garage manager accused of making a threat to an employee while terminating his employment for suspected theft. While maintaining that our client made no such threat, we were able to argue that the Transitory Anger Principal called for the dismissal of the charges. The judge agreed and our client maintained a clean record.
