    Felony Aggravated Assault Reduced to Misdemeanor

    In 2025

    Our client was charged in Allegheny County with felony aggravated assault.  Attorney Exler and Attorney Shrager worked together to negotiated with the district attorney to have the charge reduced to a misdemeanor simple assault.  The client was originally looking at prison time but through the negotiated agreement, was sentenced to two years of probation.
